so I’m reading about insomnia because

it takes me like an hour to fall asleep. Anyway, most nights it takes me 30mins - 1hr to fall asleep. Maybe once or twice a week I am lucky to fall asleep within 20 minutes. And then sometimes it takes me freakin’ hours! I hate my sleep. Which is why I try to go to bed hella early, because I know it’ll take me forever. Anyway, went on wikipedia (bad idea, but whatever):

Onset insomnia - difficulty falling asleep at the beginning of the night, often associated with anxiety disorders.

I do feel sorta anxious every time I go to sleep. I don’t have an anxiety disorder, at least I’m not diagnosed with one. But seriously, I think I just need to stop thinking so much before I sleep (okay my door just opened by itself WTF!!!!)
